Damages and issues
- Y&M offers a hassle free replacement policy in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
- In case of a damaged/wrong shipment, Y&M will bear the return shipping charges.
- Y&M will not be liable for any replacement if you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
- Proceed with the following steps in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.
